WARRANTIES

American Durabilt, LLC guarantees that the American Durabilt® solid stainless steel bumper
will not rust or peel – ever.
There is a further warranty of 5-years against material defects or workmanship.
Limitation of Warranty: - Lifetime against rust or peeling
- 5 years against defects or workmanship
- Non-transferable-warranty applies to purchaser only
- Excludes cost of labor to install/remove parts or other consequential costs incurred
- Does not apply if bumper is:
- Altered by welding or drilling of holes
- Mounted improperly
- Exposed to corrosives (e.g. acid, aqua regia, caustic chemicals)
- Used for purpose other than it was intended
- Damaged by impact or fire
- Stolen
American Durabilt, LLC's responsibility is limited to replacement or repair of nonconforming products as chosen by the customer.
Our responsibility is limited to products purchased from us. Under no circumstances will American Durabilt, LLC be liable to buyer for loss of profits, revenue or other consequential or incidental damages.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED OR SPECIFIED IN A WRITTEN WARRANTY PACKAGED WITH ANY PARTICULAR PRODUCT, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR USE OF PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED FROM THE SALE OF ANY PRODUCT.
Note that over time the effects of pebble impact (the sand blast effect) will create surface imperfections or pitting. This is considered part of ordinary wear and is not covered under this warranty. This is considered part of ordinary wear. We'll give you maintenance information on how to prolong the life of your stainless steel product.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS
In the event that American Durabilt® shipped incorrect product
- Product must be returned freight prepaid to American Durabilt, LLC, 412 Trimmer Road, Califon, NJ 07830
- Must be returned with RA# and in saleable condition
- Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods
- Returns without RA# will be subject to a 15% restocking charge
- Approved replacements will be shipped free of charge
- There are no returns on custom bumpers
Please retain your receipt and use it for any warranty claims.
